The interface Status Outbound is used to transfer status information from IMS to the customer.

The current version V1.0.9.5 has the same XML structure as the previous release V1.0.3.1.

But we have added an additional status code (218 Invoice preadvise).

IMS will send out the data files using the new target namespec http://IMS_CI_Schemas.IMS_CI_StatusOutbound_V1095

To ensure all functions of this interface are working as intended we will start the electronic data exchange using a limited test phase. During this test phase you will receive data targeted to your test environment. Please make sure that you only process data marked as production data in your production systems.

The name of every interface file has to be unique.

One interface file always contains information for a single container.

 

ShowCommunikation

There are three ways of communications available by now:

FTP Pull

We will provide an account on the FTP server of IMS.

Directory Description
outbound

All IMS interface file are provided for download in this directory.

FTP Push

IMS will transmit the Status Outbound messages to your FTP server

eMail

IMS will send the Status Outbound messages as an attachment within an email to the customer.

Field Description
Sender

The email-address for this emails is always:

"CustomerInterfaceRobot@imscargo.com"

Do not reply to this email-address. Emails addressed to this email-address will be ignored.

Subject

The subject will be formated like this:

"Customer-Interfaces - Status Outbound - Code nnn xxx...xxx

Place holder Content
nnn Status-code
xxx...xxx

Name of the status

Object

All text in the object is only for additional information and not part of the interface data.

Attachment

The interface file will be send as an attachment (siehe "technical specifications" above)

Every email will only contain a single interface file.

Confirmation The interface system is sending all emails without requesting receive- or read confirmations.

Content
One interface file always contains information for a single container.
