IMS offers you the transmission of electronically signed invoices per email. The using of eInvoice offers you a bunch of benefits:
- the invoice is available as a digital document
- easy archiving of the invoice
- the legal storage period is the same as for invoices received by letter
- we both take care about the environment by using reducing the amount of used paper, energy and garbage
- due to the legal signing, the eInvoice complies with all statutory provisions within the European Union

IMS is using the certificat "A-CERT Advanced" for signing the eInvoice.

A-CERT ADVANCED 3 is Microsoft XP- and Vista-ready. If a customer receives a document containing a certificate from A-CERT ADVANCED 3, his certificate storage will be updated automatically, if an internet connection is available. If there is no internet connection available or the access is restricted by firewalls or permissions, the certificate store has to be updates manually.
